By accessing and using ScrubPrompt's API services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. This is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ScrubPrompt ("Company").
ScrubPrompt provides an API service for redacting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from text before processing through Large Language Models (LLMs), and restoring the original data afterward.
You must create an account using Clerk authentication to use our services. You are responsible for:

The ScrubPrompt service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ScrubPrompt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
